This role is as a Facilities Supervisor, on-site in a global Pharmaceutical company who are based in Tipperary. For this role, training will be provided to ensure the candidate is happy and confident in their new position. With the company continuing to grow, this position can also become the first step in a long-term career path. The Facilities Supervisor's job revolves around supervising a team of cleaners who work within a highly regulated clean room environment. As a result, experience in working in a clean room along with supervisory experience is essential for the role.With that, the candidate needs to be very adaptable. The role involves constant changes to meet business needs. There are 4 key elements to the job itself which are highlighted below: Supervise Site Operations. Ensure the required work and standards are achieved in areas of responsibility. Liaise with client representatives and deal with client requests, issues or complaints. Check that all quality related discrepancies are rectified. Staff Management. Maintain staff morale. Team building. Identify and monitor training requirements of all staff. Delegate work as deemed necessary. Administration. Complete timesheets daily. Place stock orders on a weekly basis. Carry out daily audits. Ensure all paperwork is up to date. Ensure all employee training is up to date. Health and Safety. Ensure all current Health and Safety legislation is being adhered to by all staff on sites. Conduct risk assessments in conjunction with Health & Safety. Investigate accidents to ensure the safety management system is effective.
